Yusufi Law Firm was founded two decades ago by Mr. Davar Yusufi, who is a prominent and leading authority in the area of U.S. Criminal Immigration Law. Yusufi Law Firm is comprised of a group of talented, highly experienced attorneys, paralegals, and legal researchers. 

Mr. Davar Yusufi has successfully defended foreign nationals who have been accused or convicted of serious aggravated felonies in criminal courts, U.S Federal Courts, U.S. Immigration Courts, and before the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has achieved excellent results when most attorneys would consider their cases impossible.

Most of Yusufi Law Firm clients were previously represented by other highly recognized prominent immigration attorneys or immigration law firms that were NOT able to achieve positive results because of the complexity of the cases. Due to our success, a majority of our cases are referrals from other attorneys and past clients. We handle the most complex criminal immigration cases nationwide.

Mr. Davar Yusufi’s success in litigation largely stems from his experience as a young solo practitioner lawyer many years ago, which he spent litigating against major international corporate law firms in the United States Federal Court system. He has also successfully litigated against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and has prevented deportation of foreign nationals who were convicted of serious crimes.

Mr. Davar Yusufi is also an advisor to private criminal defense attorneys and criminal prosecutors in the United States, advising them about the immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
